One Stop Shop
Bates initially focused on office supplies, selling traditional stationery and electronic equipment to a wide array of customers. As the market became saturated – whilst the demand for traditional office supplies decreased – we continued to evolve by expanding our business categories. We are now a ‘one stop shop’ for all business productivity requirements.
One of our MD’s favourite anecdotes is that if you take an office, turn it upside down and shake it, everything that falls out is what we supply.
