Our paper is made of wheat or to be more precise wheat straw and other agricultural waste (bagasse).

The principle raw material in our A4 paper (wheat straw), is the waste product of wheat harvesting combined with Bagasse, a fibrous matter that remains after sugarcane is processed. Both are agricultural residue and would otherwise have been stubble burnt releasing greenhouse gasses, both are perenial as opposed to five or six years for trees.

And it gets better, not only is the wheat straw used to create paper, but the other waste material left, the husk, is used as a biofuel to power the plant and help the whitening process.

We feel there are compelling environmental and ethical reasons why our paper should be the first choice for all responsible UK businesses.
